“Binary Junction Transistors -From Scratch” Book by Richard (Dick) Whipple |

As with all my “From Scratch” books,
I assume that the reader has no prior knowledge of the book’s subject, which
here is binary junction transistors or BJTs. As always, I start with a few
basic ideas and build on them until we are ready to apply our knowledge to an
actual application, in this case a BJT-based high-fidelity amplifier. Along
the way, I confirm the theory using online SPICE software simulation and,
when satisfied, test the actual circuit by breadboarding it. While the book
deals with BJTs, it provides a foundation for further exploration of
